This place is now maple leaf apartments. The apartments are big but they have roaches... they wont do a evacuation and bomb the entire building. The place also isnt updated at all. Caked up white paint it on the cabinets and walls. This place is quiet when neighbors are not fighting and the police arent here. They also have hard water and no heat.
I have been a resident here for a year now. Management and staff are very nice and friendly. I really enjoy my home and happy with my decision to stay. If I have any problems or concerns management is there to help and maintenance is on top of there business.
While the apartments look good , looks can be deceiving. Management does not follow Laws set by the State of Illinois about how to notify and disclose problems. One apartment below me has a sewage problem for the past year and a half and nothing has been done about it .The smell and gas is unhealthy. I would not recommend this to anybody.
I went into the office a few days to renew my lease and I was talking to the asset manager and he asked me if I minded writing a review. I told him I would be happy to. So here I am. I am happy with my place of residency. I enjoy the huge apartment with all the closet space. I also appreciate the fact that I only pay electric. The office staff is really great and makes sure that I get my work orders taken care of in a timely fashion. I really like the fact that they have remodeled the hallways with tiles and new paint. It really brightened the place up. I have referred a few of my friends here and my niece is actually coming to move in this March. This is a huge complex so you can't expect everything to be perfect but I do commend the management and maintenance staff on making my home enjoyable.
I have been a resident here since 2007. I have seen the management change staff a few times. I have to say that overall I enjoy living here and have referred a couple of my friends here. This is a huge community so there is a diverse group of people. . I want to compliment the management staff on the hard work they have done to improve the quality of living here. Whenever I call the office with any issues, the management team makes me feel like they really care and I do get my issues resolved in a timely fashion. I was looking at a review from 2 years ago. This place has gotten better. The staff is always friendly and makes you feel like you are at home and not just renting
